1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Lano Hub website and product, operated by Lano Hub INC. By using the site or opening an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What we provide

Lano Hub reads public filings, announcements and price history for US-listed common stock and presents what changed, with links to the sources it read. It is an information tool. It is not an adviser, and nothing it produces is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

3. Accounts and eligibility

An account is created with your email address. We verify the address before the watchlist is switched on. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction to open one.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Access is by subscription. Renewal reminders are sent before a subscription renews, and a billing notice is sent when it does. You can manage or cancel the subscription from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund a period already begun.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access accounts that are not yours, scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, or redistribute outputs commercially without our written agreement.

6. Information you submit

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send us. Do not send tax identification numbers, government identifiers, identity documents or credentials through this website.

7. No warranty

The service is provided as it is. Data can be late, revised or wrong, and model output can be wrong. We give no guarantee of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Past performance does not indicate future results.

8. SMS Communications

By opting in on the updates page, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Lano Hub (Lano Hub INC) at the number you provided. The programme sends account and service messages only: account registration and verification messages, sign-in and security alerts, subscription confirmations, renewal and expiry reminders, billing and payment notifications, and product change notices.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We will not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lano Hub INC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for investment losses, arising from your use of the site or the product.
